Otho E. Gammill, Sr.

Gruver - Otho E. Gammill Sr., 90, died Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2003, in Spearman.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Gruver First Christian Church with the Rev. Gary Gumfory officiating. Burial will be in Gruver Cemetery by Bunch-Roberts Funeral Home.

Mr. Gammill worked as a welder and farmer for the majority of his life. He served his community as a volunteer firefighter and storm watcher for many years.

Survivors include his wife, Connie; four children, Neil Gammill. of Las Vegas, O.E. Gammill Jr., of Brownwood, Lanelle Waters of Gainesville, Fla., and Kay Robinson of Gruver; three stepchildren, Bill Bradford of Littleton, CO, Raymond Spradlin of Amarillo; 14 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to Hansford Hospice and may be sent to the funeral home. P.O. Box 1112, Guymon, OK 73942.
