Laura Marie Young
PANHANDLE - Laura Marie Young, 80, died Monday, Oct. 13,
2003.
Rosary will be at 7 p.m. today. Services will be at 11
a.m. Wednesday in St. Theresa Catholic Church with the
Rev. John Hickey officiating. Burial will be in Panhandle
Cemetery by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors.
Mrs. Young was born May 13, 1923, in Burkburnett. She was
a file clerk for Catholic Children's Home.
There are no known survivors.

Jackie Rennie
GROOM - Jackie Rennie, 65, died Saturday, Oct. 18, 2003,
in Woodward, Okla.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today in Carmichael-Whatley
Funeral Directors Colonial Chapel with Andy Taylor,
pastor of Trinity Fellowship Church in Sayre, Okla.,
officiating. Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday
in Grandview Cemetery of Kaw City, Okla.
Mrs. Rennie was born Feb. 3, 1938, in Ponca City, Okla.
She had been a resident of Groom since 1989.
Survivors include her husband, Charles; two daughters,
Jody Richardson of Groom and Kelly Packard of White Deer;
a son, Jack Todd Freeman of Glen Rose; a stepdaughter,
Melissa Heaton of Alva, Okla.; two stepsons, Mark Rennie
and Marty Rennie, both of Alva; 11 grandchildren; and a
great-granddaughter.
The family suggests memorials be to Camp of Champions,
1580 N. Fourth St., Sayre, OK 73662.

Johnnie Estep
PANHANDLE - Johnnie Estep, 82, died Wednesday, Oct. 22,
2003, in Amarillo.
Services will be at 10 a.m. today in First Baptist Church
of Panhandle with the Rev. Bill Fowler officiating.
Burial will be at 2 p.m. today in West Park Cemetery in
Hereford by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors.
Mr. Estep, a retired serviceman for Tide Water
Compression Service, loved to hunt and fish. He was a
member of First Baptist Church in Panhandle.
Survivors include his wife, Junita; four daughters, Ruth
Sims of Hereford, Barbara Nazworth of Decatur, Effie
Leinen of Borger and Sharmin Cummings of Vega; two sons,
J.W. Estep Jr. of Pampa and Ben Estep of Panhandle; two
brothers, Ben Estep Jr. of Dumas and Jack Estep of
Dayton; a sister, Hazel Creek of Los Lunas, N.M.; 23
grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and four
great-great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to BSA Hospice, P.O. Box
950, Amarillo, TX 79105.
