Log cabin in background is that of George F. Ingle and the one in front was built by Marc Ingle. Gwen Ingle Pittam says her Aunt Ruby (Barney's granddaughter) said they were getting ready to plant the apple orchard. According to a 1901 book on Oklahoma pioneers, George F. had 1,000 apple trees, 600 peach trees "and other fruits in proportion," and a vineyard of 500 vines.
