Listed in VITAL HISTORIAL RECORDS OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI, 1826-1876, complied by The Kansas City Chapter, DAR, Lowell Press, Kansas City, MO 1933-1934, page 366, as located in Section 29, Township 48, Range 32 West. It may be reached by turning off Bannister Road, West of Union Point School on Lane, going South.

The land was given by Amos Noland after the owner, Mr. Stoner, gave a quit claim. It was first recorded by the Besonia Church but is now incorporated as the Noland Cemetery.

Inscriptions were read in 1986 by Frances Fehrman, a descendant, and Roberta Bonnewitz.
